Background
Faizura is a twin. She's a tiny bit older. Her gift lies in strength of will and being able to impose such on others. She remembers slights, rules and details very, very well. She isn't terribly famous as IRS agents aren't exactly loved, but she can cause a stir due to her unusual garb.
Personality
Mwahahahaha. She's odd. One moment she's incredibly analytical and even and the other she's savoring some schadenfreude. For the most part warm fuzzies are lost on Faizura. She can be kind, but it's a distant kindness. Pretty things are considered the way one considers a dissected butterfly. She tends to end up being in charge or in the spotlight by virtue of having an imposing, at times forceful personality. There is work to be done. It will be done.
Relationships
She's very attached to her twin sister. No, seriously. The fastest way to send Faizura into berserker mode is to harm Otsuge.
