Background
Found and adopted from a Calcutta orphanage Arpita by American's Arpita was raised ignorant of both her mortal and divine heritage. Her parents were strict, and raised her in their faith. She ran away from home at sixteen but had a lucky break in landing an apprenticeship at a tattoo parlour she had gone to in the past. Since then she has become part of the Urban Primitive movement and has some fame in certain circles as a performance artist. Of course this has all changed since her real mother appeared to her and told her of her heritage and the war that has come.
Personality
Arpita has always felt a little lost in her life, especially spiritually, the arrival of her mother has changed this. However despite her drive to push and mortify her body she has never been outwardly aggressive, always fairly calm and friendly. Now however she has been told she is expected to be a warrior and is struggling to come to terms with that.

Simon Matherson-Her mentor in tattooing and piercing and co-owner of the store Primitive Inks
Richard and Samantha Wellington-Her adoptive parents. Still largely estranged but they have some contact.
