Background
Born to one of the most elusive of the Dodekatheon, he was one of the lucky few that ever learned of his parentage; Hecate prone to allowing the vagaries of fate determination of whether her scions are blessed or orphaned. Raised in New York, he was an only child to a second generation Grecian man, a high school teacher by trade. Though well cared for by his father, he was always an intense, nearly brooding sort, with a calculating mind bent toward solving problems, whether a test of logic or a twist of words.
After finishing college, with a degree in Archaeology (he's brainy, but practicality failed him here), it was only through his sharp mind and stellar grades that he received a paying internship in the field. The strings of fate soon had him moving to its rhythms as he was first drawn to his ancestral home, Greece, fortuitous serendipity leading him to a long hidden altar to his mother. Like many scions, the truth came hard to him, but when faced with the deific, doubt and misgivings become nearly impossible.
For the last several years he has been acting on his mother's behalf, traveling widely in his hunt for knowledge that will aid the gods in the fight against the titans and their spawn. His natural abilities taken to mythic levels, he walks the path of legend.
Personality
Driven, serious and intense, he takes his craft very seriously. While capable of levity, he easily falls into obfuscation and distance.
Relationships
His contact with his mother is fleeting, though many of his undertakings are at her request. He also has an interesting relationship with Hades, gifted with a relic from the Underworld god for services rendered on behalf of his mother.
